Kitten Centre

About Us

When you're first starting out as a kitten carer, you will no doubt have many questions. For example, How do I know what's normal for kittens?  How many times should kittens feed and poop each day?

It's easy to feel a little overwhelmed or confused trying to figure out how kittens are supposed to look and behave in the early stages of their lives. You may wonder what needs they have at the different stages of development and what supplies to use.

Sadly the number of kittens needing help these days is increasing. Whilst there is also a rising amount of people willing to care for them, there has been inadequate resources and a lack of specialised training. Much of the information available previously has been conflicting and in some instances, even dangerous. This leaves many new kitten carers feeling hopeless and unable to help.

The majority of rescues and charities are unable to provide this information, training or care. This is mainly due to most of them being overrun, overburdened, understaffed and with limited resources. Not only that, but there are many devastating cases of people having the compassion to care, but with no training and lacking the correct supplies. This can result in accidental and/or unnecessary fatalities.

This is where Kitten Centre comes in. Our aim is to provide the vital training needed to save kittens' lives and make that training available to all kitten carers.
